Our Founders

Our team of founders includes individuals with extensive backgrounds in various fields such as residential and commercial building, home improvements, data science, financial services, marketing, film production, law, business, technology, and engineering.

Brian O'Neil, one of our co-founders, is a seasoned residential and commercial builder and home improvements contractor with over two decades of experience in the NY Tri-state area. He brings his industry expertise and resources to the senior management of HomeSquare.

Thomas Liu, another co-founder, has been in the home services industry since his high school days. He is a data scientist by education and has prior experience in financial services. His unique blend of technical knowledge and industry experience makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Jonathan Heuer, our co-founder, is passionate about home maintenance and technology. He has a diverse background that includes film production, software, and marketing. He leads the company's product development efforts and is constantly working on ways to improve our services through technology.

George Liu, our final co-founder, is an attorney with a broad background and education in business, technology, and engineering. He brings this experience to the leadership of HomeSquare and has a vision of helping the company redefine home services to achieve scale and efficiency.
