At Northwest Landscaping, our journey began over two decades ago when three high school buddies, Chad, Glenn, and Steven, decided to take a chance on an idea born over ice cream. What started as a small entrepreneurial venture has grown into one of the largest, locally-owned landscaping businesses in Tucson, built on a foundation of reliability, professionalism, and community spirit.
With a shared passion for the outdoors and a willingness to take calculated risks, the trio founded Landscaping by Northwest in 2001, offering landscape maintenance services to Northwest Exterminating customers. As the company grew, they welcomed Steven Chrismer to the ownership team, solidifying the partnership and cementing their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Over the years, Northwest Landscaping has weathered the global financial crisis, navigated the challenges of the construction industry, and pivoted to focus on commercial maintenance. Our team has consistently innovated, adopting cutting-edge technology and software platforms to better analyze data, inform business decisions, and prioritize customer needs.

Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds in agriculture, business, and finance. Our founders, Chad Berg, Glenn Brchan, and Steven Chrismer, have guided the company through its significant growth and expansion.
Chad Berg, our owner, joined Northwest Landscaping in 2000 after excelling as a pre-treat technician at Northwest Exterminating. Glenn Brchan, another founding partner, brings years of experience in agriculture and landscape operations. Steven Chrismer, our third founding partner, oversees the company's landscaping operations, ensuring unwavering attention to quality and customer satisfaction.
Kylee, our financial expert, joined the team in 2019, focusing on internal business development and process optimization. Collectively, our team embodies the quintessential spirit of Northwest Landscaping - locally owned, professionally driven, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Unsatisfactory Experiences with NWL
Lack of Accountability and Unkept Promises
Both reviewers had disappointing experiences with NWL, citing a lack of accountability and unkept promises. One reviewer was promised a credit for a previous mishap, but was told there was no record of it when they tried to redeem it. The other reviewer was dissatisfied with the time billed for services and alleged that workers were caught looking in their bathroom window while his wife was getting dressed.
Poor Communication and Unresponsive Management
The reviewers also expressed frustration with the poor communication and unresponsive management of NWL. One reviewer was unable to get a callback from a manager, while the other was told that the supervisor was too busy to speak with them.
Cancelation of Services
One reviewer was subsequently informed that NWL would no longer be servicing their account, citing that it was not financially feasible. This decision was made without properly addressing the reviewer's concerns.
