Our History

The name "Jefferson" was taken at the recommendation of the company's early financiers from Japan, who sought to establish relations with a principled American firm dedicated to creating winning real estate solutions and conducting business with the utmost respect for integrity. Since its inception, JFHB has operated with these values at its core, fostering a legacy of trust and partnership with its clients. The vast majority of JFHB's projects have come to fruition through word-of-mouth reference, allowing the company to thrive.
