Our History and Expertise

Our founder, Charles, began his career in 1987 as Assistant Maintenance Director for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte. Over the years, he has gained valuable experience in various aspects of HVAC maintenance, including commercial chiller and boiler maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repair, and more. In 1997, Charles returned to Guardian Management as Commercial Maintenance Supervisor, where he was responsible for all aspects of building operations, including working with third-party owners for building maintenance and budget preparation.
