Our company was founded by Ryan Pollard, who grew up in Meridian and graduated from The Master's College in Southern California. After teaching for several years, Ryan decided to focus on All Pro Lawn Service full-time. He is supported by his wife Karen, who previously worked as an elementary teacher, and their two sons, Carson and Jackson. The Pollard family enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and water sports.

We also have Greg Kollmann on our team, who serves as the Operations Manager. Greg is a Nampa native with a background in education and biblical studies. He has been married to his wife Amber for over ten years and has two energetic children. In addition to his role at All Pro Lawn Service, Greg is the Youth Leader at a local church in Nampa, where he works with teenagers.
