Overly Construction, Inc. is a general contracting firm located in the picturesque mountain resort town of Telluride, Colorado. With a rich history dating back to 1989, our company has successfully completed nearly 50 projects in the region, earning us a reputation for delivering exceptional results and value to our clients.

Our Team

Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals who are dedicated to delivering outstanding results. Our Project Manager and Owner, Dennis Overly, has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, including the erection of bridges, engineered steel buildings, pre-cast concrete structures, historic renovations, townhomes, and wood frame homes. Tom Dolezal, one of our Job Superintendents, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has a strong background in carpentry and project management. John Dix, another one of our Job Superintendents, has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry and has a deep understanding of the custom homebuilding market in the Telluride region. Our Accountant, Carole Reece, has a degree in Geology from Colorado State University and has been with Overly Construction since 1993.
