Our flexible month-to-month leases require only a 30-day vacancy notice, with rent due on the 1st of each month and late fees applied after the 8th. We offer automatic payment plans and accept credit card payments with a 3% processing fee.

Security deposits equal to one month's rent plus a $25 key deposit are refundable within 30 days of vacating, provided the unit is undamaged and cleaned. Our units range from 5x10 lockers suitable for a mid-size bedroom to 10x20 spaces accommodating a 3-4 bedroom home.
