Our History

Our journey began in 1997 when Ed Cassidy, our founder, took a leap of faith and started his countertop business in a small garage in Barnegat, New Jersey. With a $7,000 loan from a friend, Ed began fabricating laminate countertops by hand, taking on contractor jobs and working late hours to spread the word. Later joined by his father, Ed Sr., and his wife, Lisette, who handles marketing, the business quickly grew. Today, we are celebrating our 26th year in business, with four convenient locations throughout New Jersey, over 40,000 square feet of manufacturing and slab inventory, and a team of over 40 top-notch employees.

• Slab Yard Selection: Visit one of our four locations to explore our extensive selection of natural and engineered stone. Our slab yards are designed to inspire, with full-size slabs of quartz, marble, dolomite, granite, and quartzite from top brands.
• Design and Fabrication: Our team of experienced designers and fabricators use state-of-the-art digital technology to bring your countertop design to life.
• Installation: Our certified installers ensure seamless, high-quality installation that meets the highest standards.
