Service Work

At Tulsa Granite, LLC, we understand the importance of providing exceptional service work that meets the unique needs of our clients. Our service work includes:

  • Reseal: $120
  • Drilling holes: $50/hole
  • Seam repair: $185 (1 hour)
  • Sink repair: $185 (1 hour)
  • Custom work/onsite fabrication: $60 (service call fee) + $85/hour (plus materials)

Customer Service

The majority of customers have had positive experiences with the customer service provided by the company. Benyamin Yisrael and Madelin Joya both praised the helpful and knowledgeable customer service representatives, with Benyamin even going so far as to recommend the company to others who can afford granite countertops.

Quality of Work

However, not all customers have been satisfied with the work performed by the company. Terry Askins had a disastrous experience, with the installer damaging his brick house during the installation process and then denying responsibility for the damage. Two years later, Terry is still experiencing problems with the top of the granite chipping.

Business Practices

Elissa Mahaffey had a negative experience with the company's business practices. She felt that the saleswoman was untruthful and that the prices changed mysteriously. When Elissa attempted to hold the company to their original agreement, the owner called her a liar.
