Services
Termite Control
Our termite control services include comprehensive inspections, diagramming of infestation patterns, and customized treatment plans. We specialize in both pre-construction wood treatments using Boracare and post-construction spot treatments with liquid termiticides. Our approach focuses on identifying and addressing conducive conditions while minimizing structural damage through targeted interventions.
Rodent Exclusion
We implement integrated rodent management solutions combining baiting systems, exclusion techniques, and trapping services. Our specialists identify entry points in pier-and-beam foundations and develop cost-effective strategies using secured bait stations and exclusion materials to prevent re-infestation while addressing odor concerns from deceased rodents.
Fire Ant Management
Our fire ant control utilizes broadcast bait applications using specialized equipment for large properties. We focus on seasonal treatments during peak activity periods and implement perimeter protection strategies around homes. The service includes treating up to multiple acres using ATV-mounted spreaders for efficient coverage of extensive areas.
Mosquito Reduction
We provide targeted mosquito control through insecticide applications and breeding site elimination. Our technicians identify congregation areas, recommend environmental modifications, and implement treatment schedules ranging from monthly to weekly interventions based on customer needs and seasonal activity patterns.
Bed Bug Treatment
Our bed bug management program includes thorough inspections, customer education, and multi-phase treatments using multiple active ingredients. The process involves two treatments spaced 10-14 days apart with specialized application methods, requiring temporary evacuation of premises for safety and treatment effectiveness.

Questions
Why don't you require contracts for pest control services?
We believe in earning your trust through quality service rather than binding agreements. Our goal is to retain customers through exceptional results, not contractual obligations.
How often should I schedule pest control treatments?
We recommend quarterly residential treatments and monthly commercial visits for high-risk businesses like restaurants. Custom schedules are available based on your specific needs.
What does a typical pest control treatment include?
Our treatments involve thorough inspections, interior/exterior perimeter applications, bait placement, and entry point sealing to address current infestations and prevent future issues.
Which pests are covered under standard maintenance plans?
Standard plans cover common pests like ants, spiders, cockroaches, and scorpions. Termites, bed bugs, and bees require specialized treatments not included in maintenance agreements.
What guarantees do you offer for pest control services?
We guarantee free re-treatments between scheduled visits if pest problems recur. Our 30-day guarantee applies to indoor flea treatments specifically.
