Our Story

Founded in 1978, Bethlehem Construction, Inc. began as a small company servicing the fruit industry's construction needs. Our founder, who grew up on an orchard in Cashmere, Washington, understood the unique needs of fruit growers and assembled a team to serve the industry. In the early 1980s, we pioneered the construction of controlled atmosphere buildings, becoming the first Washington contractor to erect such a facility.

Our Expertise

Over the years, our depth of knowledge has grown, and we've expanded our services to California, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho, and Washington. Our team has grown too, with experienced project managers, superintendents, foremen, laborers, design professionals, and management staff. We've expanded our expertise to include precast prestressed concrete solutions, offering innovative solutions to meet our clients' goals.

Our Projects

We've had the privilege of working on various projects, including the Stemilt Distribution Center, McDougall & Sons, Chelan Fruit, Town Toyota Center, Monterey Jail, Seattle Sound Transit, Bluebird, and Swiftwater Cellars. Our expertise spans food processing, cold storage, automated warehousing, controlled atmosphere, low-temperature storage, table grape storage, precoolers, and structural and architectural precast.
