A Family Affair

This legacy began with Lynn Woolf, who, after serving in the Marine Corps, returned to his home state of Idaho and joined the family tree service. Seeing the potential in the expanding Boise area, he purchased Woolf Tree Service in 1979 and embarked on a journey to become a trusted name in tree care. Today, the Woolf family's commitment to horticulture spans multiple generations and cities. Lynn's siblings and nephew all operate their own successful tree services in surrounding areas, solidifying the family's dedication to this craft.

Lynn's son, Josh, joined the family business in 2010, starting as a groundsman and working his way up to become the estimator and co-owner. He learned the ropes alongside his father and has played a vital role in shaping Woolf Tree Service into the thriving company it is today. In 2018, Lynn's son-in-law, Bill Reif, and step-daughter, Jasmine Reif, joined the team. Having served twenty years in the U.S. Air Force, Bill brought valuable experience and a strong work ethic, while Jasmine's enthusiasm and organizational skills proved invaluable to the growing company.
