At Louis Joyner Architect LLC, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive architectural services for a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, institutional, and historic preservation. With our expertise spanning over two decades, we strive to understand and balance the competing forces that affect each project, ensuring that design serves the client's values and functional goals while being tempered by practical and financial considerations. Our services are tailored to each project, from initial concept to the end of construction, and include interior design and pre-design consultations to help solidify the client's program and assess feasibility. We also offer specialized services related to historic buildings, such as documentation of existing conditions, historic register documentation, and renovations. Our principal, Louis Joyner AIA, holds a Master of Architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and a Bachelor of Arts from New College of Florida. He is a member of the AIA, a registered interior designer, and has been determined to meet the "Professional Qualification Standards" by the Indiana State Historic Preservation Officer. Louis has also taught in the J.Irwin Miller Architecture Program of Indiana University and has been involved in various community projects.
