Founder and owner, Eric Cashion, inherited his love for construction from his father, Danny, who instilled in him the values of integrity, honesty, and hard work from a young age. Spending summers alongside his father learning the intricacies of siding installation, Eric cultivated a strong foundation in the trade that would later become the core of his own company.

Through the 1990s, Eric honed his skills working for a reputable framing company, quickly rising through the ranks to become a foreman. Though the construction industry was thriving and his position offered stability, Eric yearned for a more personal and fulfilling venture. Recognizing his talent and vision, a James Hardie sales representative aptly described him as "a custom guy stuck in a production world." This realization sparked the inception of Siding Solutions, allowing Eric to pursue his passion for personalized, high-quality craftsmanship.
