• Detailed Initial House Cleaning: Instead of leaving your new home in "broom clean" condition, we can thoroughly clean it from top to bottom so you can move in immediately.

• Routine Home Checks During the Owner's Absence: If you will be away for an extended period, we can check your home weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to identify any problems and provide you with a detailed report of our findings.
