OUR STORY

Our story began with the vision of creating better housing based on the principles of sustainability, functionality, and beauty. Our founders, Mike Stoner and Jesse Pellman, LEED AP, have always been passionate about creating spaces that are not only functional and efficient, but also inspiring and beautiful. With a background in architecture and design, they believed that sustainability goes beyond individual spaces and things we build, restore, and renovate. That's why they founded Longview Structures LLC to create a better world, one building at a time.
