Once the appliance is diagnosed, we will waive the service fee and only charge for labor plus any parts needed for the job.
• Can we buy our own part for you to install? We do not use customer-bought parts for the purpose of the warranty. All the parts we buy are brand-new genuine parts (OEM), and thus we can honor the warranty on our parts and labor on all repairs.
