Our Story

At Landmark Restorations, we have a rich history of providing top-notch services to our clients. With over 43 years of experience, we have established ourselves as one of the leading companies in the field of facade reconstruction, adaptive reuse, windows & doors, interior renovation, and waterproofing & coatings. Our story began in 1981 when Frank Thomas, our founder and president, decided to strike out on his own after his previous employer, Brisk Waterproofing, was acquired by Western Waterproofing. Having worked with Brisk for many years in the New York and New Jersey market, Frank had recently relocated to Atlanta to open a regional office in the southeast for Brisk. Not being keen on moving back to the northeast, Frank started Landmark Restorations in Atlanta as a traditional commercial waterproofing company.

• Frank Thomas: Our founder and president, Frank Thomas, has been the driving force behind Landmark Restorations since its inception. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Frank has built a reputation for delivering high-quality services.
• David Westbrook: As our vice president, David Westbrook brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in repair and restoration work to the company.
• Randall Altamirano: As our senior project manager, Randall oversees the West coast operations, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality.
• Jason Thomas: As our director of business and brand development, Jason currently serves as Landmark's Head of Business and Brand Development.
• Lee Mercier: As our general manager, Lee focuses on daily operations and client relationships, ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Jennifer Clark: As our business and project accountant, Jennifer is responsible for corporate and project accounting functions.
• Simone DuBois: As our project coordinator, Simone enjoys developing social media content and collaborating with executive leadership, construction teams, vendors, and clients to plan and execute projects harmoniously.
