Your Trusted Partner for Custom Home Building Solutions
Founded nearly 30 years ago, Denlinger & Sons Builders has established itself as Central Ohio's premier custom home builder. Our legacy began when Bart Denlinger transitioned from commercial construction to residential craftsmanship, building our first five homes in Troy, Ohio. Over three decades, we've constructed more than 500 homes, maintaining a hands-on approach that prioritizes client vision and community impact. Our family-owned business now includes Bart's son Todd, whose expertise expands our offerings to include both luxury custom homes and affordable, expertly designed options. We differentiate ourselves through architectural passion, interior design excellence, and a commitment to transparent communication throughout every project. Our team of specialists ensures exceptional quality in every detail, from master trim carpentry to finish coordination. With a focus on enduring relationships, we've built homes for multiple generations within families, creating lasting legacies in the communities we serve. Our process combines Bart's foundational craftsmanship with Todd's modern construction management, ensuring both innovation and tradition guide our work. We measure success not just in homes built, but in the trust earned through consistent delivery of our promise: to build the house, and let you make it your home.
