Our journey began in 1992 with Bart Denlinger, who, leaving behind a successful career in commercial construction, sought to build his dream in the vibrant city of Troy. Inspired by the community's charm, Bart, along with his wife Teri, purchased five building lots and embarked on constructing five homes. Four were soon sold, with the fifth becoming their cherished family home. Today, with over 500 homes built, Denlinger & Sons Builders has earned a distinguished reputation as the premier custom home builder in the region.
