Services
Pest Control
Our pest control services target common Florida pests including ants, cockroaches, spiders, mosquitoes, and rodents. Technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify infestation sources and apply EPA-approved treatments tailored to your property's needs. We prioritize environmentally-safe methods while ensuring long-term pest prevention through targeted applications and client education.
Termite Control
Termite control services include comprehensive inspections, damage assessments, and customized treatment plans using chemical barriers, bait systems, or fumigation. Our licensed technicians identify termite species and infestation severity to implement effective solutions while prioritizing safety for occupants and the environment through proper precautions and follow-up evaluations.
Lawn Control
Lawn control services address Florida-specific pest and fungal threats through insect control, weed management, fungus treatment, and fertilization. Our specialists analyze lawn health to create treatment plans that maintain vibrant turf while using eco-friendly products safe for families and pets, with recommendations for optimal mowing, irrigation, and plant care practices.
Tent Fumigation
Tent fumigation eliminates severe infestations by enclosing structures in gas-impermeable tarps and applying Zythor fumigant. This method targets termites, bedbugs, and wood-boring beetles in all life stages. We ensure safety through Fumiguard bag protections for consumables, post-treatment air clearance testing, and strict compliance with Florida state regulations for property access and re-entry protocols.
Tape & Seal Fumigation
Tape & seal fumigation offers targeted treatment using plastic sheeting and painter's tape to seal specific areas while leaving exterior structures exposed. This method reduces preparation time and potential exterior damage compared to tent fumigation, though it leaves attached decks and trim vulnerable. Eligibility requires technician assessment to determine suitability for your property's specific infestation patterns.
