Our History

Our journey began in 1966, when Richard Hoyt left his family's custom home construction business to start a light commercial construction company. He met Don Hayner through the Home Builders Association, and their friendship gave rise to The Hayner Hoyt Corporation, a company dedicated to satisfying its customers and giving back to the community.

Over the years, we have grown from a small company focused on light commercial construction to a full-service organization capable of managing projects of varying sizes, from small maintenance and repair projects to large-scale developments. We have worked with clients across various industries, including healthcare, education, entertainment, manufacturing, and retail.
