Our History

Our organization was first established in 1971 as the Illinois division of a national contracting company. In 1981, a branch office of Itasca Construction Associates, Inc. was opened in Deerfield Beach, Florida to perform construction services for a national development company in the South Florida market. Two years later, in 1983, the Florida office was incorporated as a separate entity. In 1982, we moved our offices to Boca Raton, Florida, where we are still located today. Other offices of Itasca Construction Associates are also located in Tampa, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Personnel

Our company is led by a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals, each with their own unique set of skills and expertise. Our leadership team consists of:

• Steve League, Director and Owner, who has worked in the construction industry since 1965
• Joe Galinis, President and Owner, a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction
• Patricia Graybill, Vice President and Owner, a certified General Contractor and Qualifying Agent
• Theodore Heinkel, Vice President and Owner, who has extensive construction knowledge
• Sandra Pabon, Vice President and Owner, a graduate of Everglades University with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction
• Chase Durrett, Vice President and Owner, a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder
