Our Team

Spencer S. Tait, the founder and team leader, grew up in the residential construction industry and has learned the importance of these guiding principles. Spencer was born and raised in Moorestown and graduated from Moorestown High School in 2002. He continued his education through industry-specific courses and classes in business management, leadership, products, and installations. With the support of his family and the help of his team, The Snyder Group has become a recognized name in Moorestown. Spencer hopes to one day pass The Snyder Group along to his children.

Nick Platt serves as our General Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in business administration. Brad Cassel is our Handyman Division Manager, with a background in business administration and a passion for home services.
