Hawaiian Island Property, LLC is a locally owned and operated Licensed General Contracting Construction Company, proudly serving the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii. Our founder, Brian Barretto, is a proud Kauai native who takes immense pride in every job, big or small. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian has honed his skills as a handyman, landscaper, and property manager before becoming a licensed contractor.

Our Story

Brian's journey began in 1996 as a humble handyman and landscaper. As he gained more experience, he transitioned into property management, leveraging his expertise in repairs to help owners and tenants. Throughout the years, Brian has continuously worked tirelessly to expand his knowledge and skills, ultimately earning his Contractor's License in August 2013. In 2015, he converted his individual contractor business to a Limited Liability Company (LLC), ensuring a more stable and sustainable future for his company.
