Meet Our Team

Our Operations Manager, Steve Lincoln, has been with us since 2015 and has extensive experience in landscaping and contracting. Steve has a strong background in the military, having served in the Army National Guard and deployed twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Steve is active in the community, volunteering for local events and participating in charity work.

Our Owners and Managers, Lance and Paula Cote, are proud to be the leaders of TLC. With over 20 years of combined experience in the construction and landscaping industries, they have a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service. Lance has a background in business management, and Paula has a background in the medical field. Together, they manage the day-to-day operations of TLC and are committed to providing the highest level of care to our customers.
