My wife and I, Derek and Traci Vondette, have been co-owners of the business since its inception. We assess the condition of your surface and create customized maintenance programs that fit your needs. Our services include power sweeping, crack filling, seal coating, line striping, power washing, asphalt repair, snow plowing, sanding, and supplying and installing wheel stops, speed bumps, and signs. We are fully insured, with full general liability, auto workman's compensation, and bonding available. With almost 20 years of experience in Western Colorado, we have established strong relationships with our customers and are committed to their satisfaction. We believe in educating our customers by explaining the root of their parking lot and driveway problems, giving them real ways to solve them, and allowing them to make the right decisions.
