Company Background

Joiner Construction Company, Inc. was established in 1994 in Vinemont, Alabama by Jerry Joiner as a residential contractor. In 2004, Adam Joiner joined the company, and they together shifted the company's focus towards commercial contracting. Since then, Joiner Construction has experienced exponential growth, doubling in size every year. Today, the company has expanded its boundaries to cover all phases of the construction industry. With over 75 years of combined experience in various construction aspects, Joiner Construction has completed numerous projects, including government contracts, educational, medical, commercial, industrial, and retail developments. The company has also built and remodeled several churches. Sixty-five percent of Joiner Construction's work comprises competitively bid projects, while the remaining portion consists of cost-plus and design-build projects.

*Construction*

Once the scope of work has been established, Joiner Construction leverages our long list of pre-qualified subcontractors for competitive bidding. We prioritize the selection of local subcontractors within the surrounding community to support the local economy. Our team manages the construction process, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

*Aftercare*

The Joiner team is available to answer questions, provide advice, and offer solutions to any issues that arise once the building keys are handed over to the client. We believe that our relationship with our clients does not end when the project is completed, and we are committed to providing ongoing support as needed.
