Unlike many garden centers, we grow many of our plants right here on our property. This allows us to offer a unique selection of hard-to-find plant varieties that you won't find anywhere else. Our Story

Our journey began with Tom Beining's passion for plants and nature. As a child, he would collect leaves and explore the woods for fun. This hobby eventually turned into a business, starting as "Tom Beining Landscaping" in 1985. Over the years, we have evolved to become Beining Nursery & Landscaping, LLC, expanding our services to include a retail nursery, bulk materials, and full-scale landscaping solutions. Today, we are proud to serve Putnam, Paulding, Van Wert, Defiance, Allen Counties, and many more.
