Founded in 2004 by a core group of 11 roofing professionals who brought together over 250 years of combined construction experience, our team has grown to over 400 employees, including 60 specialized crews.

Our Executive Team

Our executive team is comprised of experienced professionals with a passion for delivering exceptional results. Our CEO, Keith Post, brings over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry, while our President, Steve Little, has over 25 years of experience in construction management. Our CFO and Safety Officer, Jayne Williams, is a certified safety professional with over 15 years of experience in construction safety.
