Our Story

Our founder, Kieffer, has a deep-rooted passion for HVAC and a strong internal desire to always do his best. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has honed his skills and expertise to become an extremely talented technician. Kieffer's journey in the HVAC trade began by learning from his father, who had started the trade over four decades ago. With a strong internal drive to excel, Kieffer has continued to study and learn, earning degrees from Rets Tech Center and Local 162 (Dayton, OH) M.E.S. (mechanical equipment service) apprenticeship program. He has also acquired certifications from NATE, Mitsubishi, and Daikin.
