Meet the President

C. Warren Boatman, our President and Principal Architect, has nearly 40 years of experience in the industry. He has designed and constructed thousands of high-impact spaces and achieved huge client satisfaction across the country. Mr. Boatman's multi-faceted design portfolio includes a broad array of private commercial projects ranging from hotels, retail, low to high-rise office, assisted living, healthcare, multifamily, mixed-use, and more. His extensive knowledge and expertise in hotel design, functionality, architecture, and the bottom line have shown through in his quality design, attention to detail, and the way he works with code officials to get projects open and operational in a timely manner. As a commercial developer, Mr. Boatman has developed numerous commercial office developments and high-end, luxury senior living communities.

Mr. Boatman is a registered architect with the National Architectural Registration Board (NCARB) and is LEED AP BD+C certified by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). These credentials demonstrate his commitment to sustainable design practices and his ability to deliver projects that are both environmentally friendly and cost-effective.
