Our Process

Lot Selection

During the lot selection process, we will work with you to identify the perfect building site, taking into consideration factors such as topography, natural features, views, and orientation. Our team will also provide an honest builder's evaluation of the build ability of the site, ensuring that the chosen location is suitable for your dream home.

Design

Once the perfect lot has been selected, our design team will work closely with you to create a custom design that meets your architectural sensibilities, lifestyle, and budget. Our team of experienced designers will collaborate with you to create a home that takes advantage of the lot's unique features, while also reflecting your personal style.

Bidding, Contract, Construction Schedule

Once the design is complete, we will bid on the project, and if the bid is satisfactory, we will create a contract with a construction schedule and selections schedule. With financing in place, construction will begin, and our team will work tirelessly to bring your dream home to life.

Making Selections

Throughout the construction process, there are many decisions to be made, from choosing finishes and fixtures to selecting appliances and countertops. Our design coordinator will work closely with you to ensure that all selections are made efficiently and on schedule, ensuring that your home is completed on time and within budget.
