Our History
Tranquil Waters was founded by Norman, Oklahoma native Jack Shepherd in 1984. In 2006, Jack was joined by crew member Matt Wohlmuth, also from Norman. In 2012, Jack retired from the swimming pool maintenance industry, and Matt took over as the owner of Tranquil Waters. Today, Matt and his team continue to provide exceptional services to many of the same customers from the 1980s, as well as new ones.
