Since 1979, Apple Land Pest Control (located in East Wenatchee, Washington) has always provided pest management solutions that are both effective and environmentally friendly. In 1979, Apple Land Pest Control was founded by John and Karen Lipp. John previously owned Apple Land Tree Service before selling and making the transition to full-time Pest Control. Apple Land Pest Control was the first locally owned and operated pest control company in the Wenatchee Valley. And to this day, we are still a thriving growing business offering the best solutions for needed pest control treatments.

Following retirement, Shawn Lipp (son of John and Karen) took ownership of Apple Land Pest Control and also owns Apple Land Home Inspections. Shawn takes pride in running AppleLand Pest Control & Home Inspections Inc to this date with the same values his father John had, Customer satisfaction first! AppleLand offers their services in the Wenatchee Valley, Cashmere, Leavenworth, as well as Entiat, Lake Chelan, and Lake Wenatchee.
