At L and M Roofing Company, we are a roofing and construction company that serves the greater Austin and San Antonio, Texas region. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing and construction. Our clients can be found from as far south as San Antonio and as far north as the Waco area. We are a Certified Contractor for GAF Roofing Systems, a Preferred Installer for Owens Corning, and proud participant with the Habitat for Humanity organization.
Our team is led by Lealean Peace, who has been in roofing and construction since 1982. During that time, he has installed thousands of roofs in the Austin and San Antonio area. Lealean served as a certified Project Manager professional for multimillion dollar projects for the Texas Department of Transportation. He has played the drums professionally for many well-known bands and is a published songwriter. When not busy working, Lealean loves to spend time with his three children and fishing along the Texas Coast.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to cater to the needs of our clients. One of the free services we offer are roof and home inspections. If a hailstorm recently passed through your neighborhood, you may have damage to your A/C condenser fins, gutters and downspouts, windows, siding, and more. And if your roof has been leaking, it's possible you have damage to sheet rock, paint, and other interior items. We'll come and inspect your house for free to see if you have damage.
We specialize in roofing services, including the installation of composite shingles, tile, metal, TPO, wood shakes, and modified-bitumen. We also offer construction services, including siding, decks, and interior remodels. No job is too big or too small for us.
