Our state-of-the-art Swiss screw machines enable us to manufacture components with unique shapes, sizes, and features.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, starting from design reviews to the final production of components. Our facilities, totaling 65,000 square feet, are located in Memphis, MI, and are equipped to handle short run to long run productions, from 100 pieces to 200,000 pieces and beyond.

Our expertise in specialized screw machining allows us to produce machined screws and threaded components with non-standard thread types, head sizes ranging from.125" to 2.5", and materials including ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, plastics, and composites.
