Located in Morristown, New Jersey with a second location in Southwestern Colorado, Nick Bensley Architect (East West Architecture) is a small, design-driven architectural firm founded in 1991. Nick Bensley, the firm's principal architect, brings a wealth of experience and a commitment to creating unique and functional spaces for his clients. We primarily focus on mid to high-end residential projects, including new home construction, additions, and renovations. Our design philosophy emphasizes a collaborative approach, listening carefully to our clients' needs and desires while staying mindful of their budget constraints.

Experienced Team

Nick Bensley, with his Master's degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Colorado-Denver and a Bachelor's degree in English and Art from Trinity College in Connecticut, brings a unique blend of creative vision and technical expertise to his work. He is joined by Jason Treiber, our project manager, who has been an integral part of East West Architecture since 2004.

Jason's responsibilities encompass all aspects of construction drawings, technical support, and office computer management. His Bachelor of Architecture and Master's degree in Architectural and Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology ensure that our projects are meticulously planned and executed, adhering to the highest standards of quality and precision.

Beyond Our Professional Expertise

Nick's personal passions extend beyond architecture, encompassing art, gardening, fly fishing, golf, skiing, and spending quality time with his family and pets. Jason's interests lie in home improvement and renovations, and he enjoys finding creative solutions to make his own house a home.
