Aarons Contracting LLC is a locally owned and operated construction company on the beautiful island of Maui. With over 40 years of experience in the trade, we have earned a reputation for delivering quality, dependable workmanship to our clients. Our company was founded by Ron Schranz, a licensed General Contractor with a passion for building and remodeling homes. Ron has been a fixture in the Maui construction industry since 1975 and has been licensed as a General Contractor since 1980.

We work closely with our clients to finalize their design and provide input on what would work best and be most cost-effective for their project.

Our Process

We begin by inspecting your home or condo and measuring out what you have in mind to remodel, change, or add on. We can assist in finalizing your design and add our input as to what would work best and be most cost-effective for your project. We then put together a proposal with a complete cost estimate and an allowance list of items that will need to be purchased. We also provide a list of suppliers that we recommend and accompany you to any supplier to aid in your choices if needed.
