Our story began when our founder, Carl Dumas, started Kneeland Construction in 1984. With a degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, Carl has been a driving force in the construction industry since 1979. Our team is led by Carl Dumas, our President and founder, and Gregory Dumas, our Vice President and Head of Construction.
