Customer Experience
KMG Fence Company received a mixed bag of reviews from customers. On the positive side, one customer, Brett Grabb, gave the company a 5-star rating and praised their professionalism and workmanship. He mentioned that the job was done "perfect" and had no issues whatsoever.
On the other hand, two customers, Caleb StJohn and Chad Hanson, were extremely dissatisfied with the company's service. Both gave the company 1-star ratings and reported difficulty getting in touch with someone from the company. Caleb mentioned that it takes them a week to come out and fix issues, and their gate has broken three times since installation. Chad was equally disappointed, stating that the company took a long time to get back to him and eventually blew him off.

Communication and response time seem to be a major issue for some customers. Both Caleb and Chad mentioned that it's hard to get in touch with someone from the company, and it takes a long time to get a call back or respond to requests.
Workmanship and Quality
While Brett was thrilled with the quality of work, Caleb and Chad had negative experiences with the company's workmanship. Caleb mentioned that the gate has broken multiple times, and Chad expressed concerns about the quality of work, stating that he can only imagine what kind of work the company would do based on their unprofessional behavior.
