Our management team and department leads are comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about their craft and dedicated to the company's success. This team, led by CEO Dan Welch, includes Bill Piar, Installation Manager/Estimator/Project Manager; Rick Harmsen, Estimator/Project Manager; Steve Swain, Project Manager; Rick Welch, Estimator/Project Manager; Brady Kennedy, Estimator/Project Manager; and Bob Wind, Estimator/Project Manager.
