Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, from general contracting to design-build to steel contracting. Our self-performing capabilities allow us to control costs and pass the savings on to our customers. Our services include:

• Design-Build: We'll take your project from concept to completion. Choose to work with our affiliate architect or work with the architectural firm of your choice.
• Construction Management: In collaboration with designers and subcontractors, we'll supervise the building process, providing preliminary estimates and schedules in addition to soliciting subcontractor bids and performing bid tabulation, review, and negotiations.
• Green Building: Our company strives to benefit not only our customers' direct needs, but also goes further to ensure sustainability for the environment and cost savings to our clients in all aspects of our operations. Many green building measures can be incorporated with minimal or zero increased up-front costs and can yield enormous savings.
• Steel Building: We can act as your general contractor and provide project-specific services for steel and metal work through our Steel Division. We're experienced and skilled in fabrication, welding, and installation of metal parts and systems in buildings.

Our Team

With over four decades of combined experience, our team of professionals has a deep understanding of the construction industry. Our company was founded by Hassan (Dara) Minoiefar and Bahram (Bob) Konjkav, who immigrated to America in the early 80's with next to nothing. Despite the obstacles they faced, they persevered and eventually came together to form Green Source Construction. Today, our team is dedicated to building a sustainable future, one project at a time.
