Our History

Our founder, Stu, was introduced to the value of hard work at the age of 14 by his father. He spent every school vacation and free day loading trucks, packing, and unpacking at his father's warehouse in Brooklyn. These early experiences shaped his work ethic and laid the foundation for the company's values today.

Stu's passion for the moving industry led him to hone his craft as a social worker and eventually start Stu Miller's Movers in 1983. His background in carpentry and social work has given him a unique perspective on the industry, allowing him to provide exceptional service and care to his clients.
