Customer Service
The majority of reviewers were disappointed with the customer service they received from Kim Iron Works. Several reviewers mentioned that the owner, John Cho, was unprofessional and dishonest. One reviewer was led to believe that they would receive an estimate, only to be told later that they wouldn't be given one.
