Welcome to Perrin Asphalt & Concrete, a family-owned and operated business that has been providing exceptional asphalt and concrete paving services in Northeast Ohio for over 50 years. Our story begins with Charlie and Pat Perrin, who dreamed of creating a better life for their family. In 1963, Charlie, with the encouragement of his wife Pat, left his day job to start a small business, sealing asphalt as a second job. The project proved to be so successful that Charlie eventually gave up his day job to focus on the business full-time. Over the years, Perrin Asphalt & Concrete has grown, expanding its services to include asphalt paving, resurfacing, and maintenance, commercial and decorative concrete, and more.
