Dun Rite Construction & Paving, LLC was established in 2010 by Gary and Keriann Schoepke, driven by a passion for delivering exceptional construction and paving services. Though a relatively young company, Dun Rite boasts over 12 years of combined experience in the industry, honed through a dedication to superior craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Gary, the company's foreman and estimator, spent years learning the trade working alongside his father at Derry Construction Company Incorporated, one of the region's most renowned construction firms. This rigorous apprenticeship instilled in him a commitment to excellence, ensuring that every project undertaken by Dun Rite reflects the highest industry standards.

Gary's ambition wasn't to simply emulate existing practices; he envisioned a company that would provide customers with not only quality workmanship but also unwavering trustworthiness and transparent communication.
