How We Build Safely During the COVID-19 Pandemic

At KHE Construction Corporation, we take the safety and well-being of our employees, subcontractors, and clients seriously. To prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented enhanced safety measures, including hand sanitizer stations, daily cleaning of equipment and facilities, and mandatory mask and glove usage.

How Long Does it Take to Build a Home?

The duration of a building project varies depending on the complexity of the design and the weather conditions. Typically, it takes around eight to nine months to build a custom KHE Home on LBI. However, we take the time to understand our clients' needs and requirements to provide an accurate estimate of the construction timeline.

How Many Homes Does KHE Construction Build in a Year?

At KHE Construction Corporation, we are selective about the number of projects we take on to ensure that our master builder, Kevin Engelken, can dedicate the time and attention required for each project. We typically build only three homes per year, allowing us to maintain our high standards of quality and attention to detail.
