Our History
In 1974, William Leupitz founded Silverton Pest and Termite Control in Silverton, Oregon. By the early 1980s, his son Mike had taken over the family business and renamed it Leupitz Contractors Inc. In 1988, Leupitz Pest Control and its sister company, Leupitz Contractors Inc., split into two separate firms. In 2015, Leupitz Contractors became independent from the Leupitz family of companies.

Today, Leupitz Pest Control continues to build on the legacy of our founders, who committed to honesty and integrity in their business practices. We're proud to be a long-time member of both the Oregon Pest Control Association and the National Pest Management Association, International.
