Midwest Maintenance & Mechanical, Inc. was founded by Terry Siede in 1995 with a mission to provide building maintenance and operations services. Since its humble beginnings, the company has grown to nearly 60 employees who provide a full array of construction, mechanical, and building maintenance services to owners of office, industrial, retail, professional, and specialty facilities in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and all over Minnesota's Twin Cities metro area.
