• TGI Friday's Rosmead, CA: Successful completion of mechanical construction, including installation of 5 new package units, 1 heated type make up air unit, 2 type I hoods, 2 type II hoods, and all associated duct work, including grease duct with fire wrap and access doors for cleaning and inspection.
• Ralphs #221 San Clemente, CA: Responsible for the installation of a 30 Ton air handler and all associated duct work, as well as a Type 1 Hood, two package units, and several exhaust fans for an open-ceiling design store.
